1. My Pager turns on but I'm not receiving pages.
If you have just received your pager and you are not receiving pages please make sure the pager is turned on and then try paging in a few different locations if after you follow these steps and you are still not receiving pages please call customer service @ 800 210 1627.
If your pager has worked in the past – replace the battery with an Energizer of Duracell, please note that we have experienced problems with other types of batteries especially Panasonic.

A. What is the difference between Junior Voicemail, Voicemail Plus and Executive Voicemaill?
Voicemail is priced according to the length of the greeting, message and the number of hours it is held on our servers.
Junior Voicemail offers a 15 second greeting, 30 second message and holds the message for 12 hours.
Voicemail Plus offers 30 greeting 60 dsec message and 24 hour hold .
Executive Voicemail offers 30 sec greeting 1 minute message and 48 hour hold.
3. What is Email Paging?
All Metrotel Alha pagers have their own unique email address. Anyone with email access from a computer ,cellphone , or PDA can send an email to your pager.
4. Can I send text messages through my analog modem?
Yes. Metrotel supports the TAP protocol. Please contact us for the modem # and modem settings.
5. How fast can I get my pager?
98% of our orders ship within 24 hours. We have several shipping options. 1st Class generally take up to 5 days, Priority is two to three days and overnight is next day in most cases.
6. Where can I find a user guide for my pager?
Pager Guides in PDF format can be found on the Guides tab on our homepage.
7. What area codes are available for my pager.
In most cases assign a pager number that is close to your contact telephone number on your order. If most of your pages are coming from other locations please let us know and we will try to get the most economical area code and exchange for you.
8.Can I change my coverage area?
Call customer service in most cases we can change your coverage area permanently of if your need a different area for a short time we can arrange for this as well.
